The heart-eyes transform themselves into smaller faces. Specifically, the barfing emoji. The smaller meta-eyes are supposed to look like less than/greater than symbols, but due to some esoteric error involving a variation selector they get rendered as mojibake and Zalgo. The vomit spills out of the mouths of the heart-eyes and into the larger mouth. But, it's barfing out of love, so it's a good thing; the smile of the larger face only grows as it drinks the love-vomit. Also, a short .wav clip is playing on a loop -- it's the tune of "Love Shack", but instead, the singer is singing "the barf sack is a little old place where..."
