Title text: A partial eclipse is like a cool sunset. A total eclipse is like someone broke the sky.

This is pretty much the graphical version of a comment I made on the old forum.

Yeah, I remember a partial eclipse causing some excitement at university (in fact we ended up frustrating a TA by standing up during a lecture to peek what was the totality in Norway I think), but if you didn't know about it you'd never notice anything was going on with the sun at all.
