yeah i think a formal dress wouldn't be?

then again people get married on the beach and maybe ask their guests to wear formal clothes so perhaps i'm wrong

Cats don't have to wear clothing, so I'm not familiar with humans' rules about them.

(…there are nude beaches, beach weddings, swimming and diving of course, but also people who don't plan on swimming, there's beach volleyball so any clothing worn during sports, it can be warm and sunny or cold and windy depending on the beach and time of year, there are probably movies filmed on the beach so costumes for that…
does anyone trick-or-treat on the beach?
maybe uniforms for some specific profession???? walmart employee uniforms or something? are there office suits that aren't also wedding suits? or maybe, like, clothing with anti-theft devices still on it?)
