(Not a question) I think that just leaves Northern Ireland, or some overseas territories? I think all the (non-Irish) islands in the British Isles are either part of one of the four countries or not part of the UK.

Is it north of the Belfast Lough?
(btw, regarding my first question, the sign in English and the brick ruins meant that it could only be in the UK)
