Re: Baldur's Gate Mafia (Day 1)
I'm scum reading both of them, but momentum looked like JC was going to be the elim. If we want to do in the wizard, I'm game for that.

At this point, I am going to wait until 30 minutes before EOD, then vote JC.

Re: Baldur's Gate Mafia (Day 1)
I've read all the way up, like how EGW is pressuring JC. Will be on at EOD, currently not voting because it would either put JC at L-1, heury at L-2, or be a futile wagon.

Re: Baldur's Gate Mafia (Day 1)
Why are you both taking Seven’s power claim at face value?? Seven has a history of not always being honest, or at least not complete, with his claims. It's a verifyable claim, and Seven is eager to use it. To your point, there is a "boy who cried wolf" syndrome that sets in, but it's not ...

Re: Baldur's Gate Mafia (Day 1)
bessie: gigs Seven for conf post, says she's been doing that all along, doesn't like somi's voting bloc, heury's response to it suspicious, continuing battle with Seven (which at this point no longer seems AI) lean town EGW: votes wam, questions to somi's bloc members, wants details on Seven's chat ...

Re: Baldur's Gate Mafia (Day 1)
If I'm going to use my ability today, it needs to be within the next 19 hours. If anyone is against me using it, speak your piece. Also if you don't have a serious vote down, I would get one down as I am going to base it off that. I want you to use it more to shake things up rather than any careful...

Re: Baldur's Gate Mafia (Day 1)
To me it sounds OP af for scum to be able to thunderdome, because they could force a miselim, and the side effect Seven mentioned would be useless.

Re: Baldur's Gate Mafia (Day 1)
quote tag fix 1. Analyzing confirmation posts is not new for me. I’ve been doing it since at least Vanillafia in 2015. Why are you now suspicious of me in 2024? 2. Yes SDK was my original inspiration and my role model early in my mafia journey.[/bessie] Well, these two together track. And I'm not su...

Re: Baldur's Gate Mafia (Day 1)
@bessie: If you think you've figured out SDK's old trick, more power to you. On the other hand, if this is something you've developed yourself, I'll be interested to see how it plays out in the future. But on the gripping hand, if this is more of the ongoing animus between you and Seven (which I am ...

Re: Baldur's Gate Mafia (Day 1)
As for why it pinged me, I’m pretty sure I’ve done similar types of confirmation posts with bessie in the game and her never commenting on it. It makes me think she is artificially aware of how she engages with me this game. As I mentioned to Swiss in the scum chat, the past few games bessie and I ...

for confirming last
I like EGW getting straight to business.
somi's thing is a little weird, but understandable considering how often they are suspected early.

Re: Baldur's Gate Mafia (Day 1)
Well, scum having safe claims means mass claim is worthless; bessie should be happy with that.
Even with powerful town, 6-3 is a definite no, so 7-2 sounds right.
And yes, even when he's not playing, scum!Swiss is such a threat that I had some knee weakness from Seven's bit of fun.

Re: Gojoe Memorial Mafia Thread
As I said in one of these, town was 60% screwed when Sabrar drew scum, and apparently it was 80-85% screwed with both he and Swiss as scum. Hey moody you should join our Discord so we can ping you for new games and the like and keep in touch when things like the site going down occur. Depends on if...

Re: 2868: "Label the States"
To put in an extra state between CA and OR was quite obvious, in a way, then I started to count the "states" ;-). Well, afterwards, I decided to draw a list of the 50 states and I think I was quite good (for a European), the only ones I did not remember were Idaho and Wyoming. To be fair,...
